An appointment is required for all dog spa services.

Reserved tubs will be held for 10 minutes beyond the reserved time. After 10 minutes the tubs will be released for waitlist or walk-in customers.

A 7-day return policy on unused product purchases from our retail shop. Store credit only. No refunds on prepaid services or packages.

Late Cancel/Reschedule within 24 hours fee: $30 per pet. Complete no show will be charged full price of groom.

Clients with repeated late cancel/no shows are subject to not being rescheduled.
